These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pilates Studio Growth AI (the “Service”), operated by GYMMOTIVATION LTD (company number 15132943), 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for a single owner; you must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Plans, credits, and billing
The Service uses a credit system. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe) and grant a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. Free-trial credits are one-time. Editing, saving, and exporting content are free; only AI generations consume credits. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse its security controls, or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the business information you provide and the content you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, to process your inputs through our AI provider to produce outputs for you).
5. AI-generated output
Output is generated by automated models and may contain inaccuracies. It is provided as a starting point and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying and editing output before use.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
