• Business context: the business profile, brand voice, audiences, offers, and calls-to-action you provide to shape your content.
• Generated content: the outputs you create, edit, and save.
• Lead data: names and email addresses that visitors submit through your published landing pages, which are stored on your behalf.
• Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service: authenticating you, generating and storing content, processing payments, capturing leads you collect, and maintaining security and reliability.

3. Service providers

We share data with the processors needed to run the Service. Each handles data under its own terms and security practices:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Anthropic — the AI model provider that processes your inputs to generate outputs.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and authentication emails.
• Sentry — error diagnostics (technical error data; we scrub request bodies, cookies, and sensitive headers before sending).
• Vercel — application hosting.

4. Data retention and security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Access is protected with row-level security and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Your choices

You can update your business context and generated content at any time, and you can delete saved outputs and captured leads. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us at hello@matpilates.net.
